Head of youth ministry
Youth ministry is responsible for managing and oversight of youth ministry volunteers and meetings. The youth team will win Youth to Christ, establish them in their faith, equip them for service, and train them for leadership in the church and the world so that we may present everyone complete in Christ. Reach non-Christian junior and senior high students, to help them share in god’s word, to offer themselves in service to Christ, and to care for one another.

Governance committees devise ongoing systems for educating, evaluating, and promoting board members, creating an environment in which board members must continually display active dedication to the company’s cause.
The committee can also be tasked with evaluating the efficacy of individual policies and creating new recruitment materials. In any church a governance committee’s most basic duty is to ensure that the organization is fulfilling its fullest potential within its field.
“Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore, whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves” – Romans 13:7

Head of marketing
A marketing & communications committee handles the task of crafting an organization’s marketing messages as well as the communication for the various causes it promotes. The committee develops the marketing & communications strategy used to promote the church’s mission and causes. Marketing strategies may also target potential volunteer workers to donate their time and skills on behalf of the church.

Pastorial
Pastoral ministry is there to teach missions, lead members to participate in missions, and provide organization and leadership in special mission’s projects of the church. To proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach the biblical revelation, to engage in pastoral care, provide administrative leadership in all areas of church life and function, supervise paid church staff and conduct the ordinances and functions of worship
“the Lord says, And I will give you pastors according to my heart, which will feed you with knowledge and understanding.” – Jeremiah 3:15.

Men
The mission of the PGI Men’s Ministry Team is to encourage, equip, and energize the men of PGI Church and our community to become all God has purposely designed each man to be through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, discipleship, leadership, and obedience to the inerrant Word of God, to assist men in their spiritual, social, physical and leadership development, and to help them become change agents in their homes, church and the community. Serve the Lord at home, at work, at play and in the Church. The men’s ministry serves all the men in the church from 35 years and older including any aged married man.

Women
Women’s ministry is responsible for coordinating programs that allow for the spiritual growth and development of female church members. The purpose of a women’s ministry is to create a platform where women grow in their walk with the Lord, Connect with other women, become the wife, mother, sister, servant and whatever role(s) God has ordained to His glory, and to help women seek to know Christ more intimately, serving Him faithfully and living in total obedience, sharing Him as they go.Women’s Ministries is to nurture, facilitate, and support women in their Christian lives as disciples of Jesus Christ and members of His World Church.
‘In the same way, the women are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything’ – 1Timothy 3:11

People’s Ministries is to empower young and the old people as world-changing disciples of Jesus Christ, to nurture faith development, and to equip young leaders.
They will coordinate with the pastor and leadership team to plan and implement a vital, comprehensive outreach ministry for the congregation to reach people of all ages with Christian love and healing
“And it was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, To equip the saints for works of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ.” – Ephesians 4:12

Community Projects
A community project coordinator helps build, grow and manage a churches community through impact. The Community Ministry is essential to PGI as it becomes the hands and feet of the ministry as God works in a local community. The team works with staff to develop vision and direction; utilize their influence to expand the ministry areas. Also provide guidance in staffing issues & there to always provide prayer & evangelism support for all involved in the PGI ministry.
A great example of this was the early church of Acts, which made a habit of meeting together, eating together, and worshiping together. As a result, “the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved” – (Acts 2:46–47 NIV).

Children
Children’s ministry is responsible to the minister of education for overseeing the planning, coordinating and implementing of a program for children from birth through sixth grade.
Children’s Ministry should be examples and a positive influence on the children they minister to, they should refrain from activities that do not glorify or honor God and in “gray areas” should be sensitive to the convictions of others in both their actions and conversation.
“Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court” – Psalm 127:3-5
MUSIC MINISTRY
The music ministry uses music as a way to serve God. Service to God through the music ministry is generally expressed as worship and praise service to the congregation of a church. Encouraging believers; supporting the sermon, praising and worshipping God and sharing the gospel with believers through song are all responsibilities of a music ministry.
The purpose of the music ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.

Disciplinary
A disciplinary committee charged with examining alleged breaches of discipline within an organization, profession and adjudicating on them. Church discipline is designed to help Heavenly Father’s children in their efforts to be purified from sin through the Atonement, return to full fellowship in the Church, and receive the full blessings of the Church.
The purposes of disciplinary councils are to save the souls of transgressors, protect the innocent, and safeguard the purity, integrity, and good name of the Church. Formal Church discipline may include restriction of Church membership privileges or loss of Church membership.
It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children and not sons” – Hebrews 12:7-8.

Stewardship & Finance
The purpose of the Church Finance Committee is to assume responsibility in conjunction with the Board of Trustees for the finances of the congregation. This shall include developing and monitoring a church budget, financial recording and reporting, disbursement, and auditing of records. An effective finance committee proposes a budget; then raises, manages, and distributes the financial resources of the congregation to support and strengthen the mission and ministry of the congregation.
Stewardship committee is the responsible overseeing, management & protection of the church facilities; operating as facilities management. Stewardship is an act as the surrogate of another or others, especially by managing property, logistics , uniformity, an estate, etc.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it” – Malachi 3:10
The LORD answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.” – Luke 12:42- 44

NEW MEMBER DEPARTMENT
New membership coordinator is also known as growth coordinator. They help the church welcome, incorporate and keep both new and established members and friends, as part of the church’s overall mission. The purpose of the position is to help maintain a strong level of connection between PGI Invigorated and its’ members and visitors.
The new membership co-ordinators functions range from co-ordinate guest & new member follow-up; coordinate connection, tracking and follow-up of current members & co-ordination of new members orientation services. Organising events to bring members together as a family.
